Photos and videos attached to a quote request:

• We use them only to prepare your quote.
• Sound is removed from videos.
• Files from a request that is not sent are deleted after 2 hours. The others are deleted 12 months after the request is sent, or as soon as you ask us to delete them.

8. Security

We apply reasonable measures (HTTPS, strong passwords, restricted access) to protect your information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
